Disposable flatware and dinnerware versus real china and glassware, as well as buffet style versus full table service, are also considerations in pricing. Beverages may be included or excluded.

Gravies, glazes, and sauces are generally considered to automatically be included with the protein. Fresh baked honey wheat rolls, or bread of choice, and butter are also typically included.
